Initial Enquiry & Data Gathering:

Simply fill out our enquiry form including your contact details and outline vision, together with photos and rough sizes of the area intended for the location of your amazing Bi-Folding Veranda!

Feasibility & Concept Design(s):

One of our experienced and professional Designers will then contact you to discuss the information provided and begin the ‘Feasibility and Concept Design’ phase.  Though at this stage, if you are located nearby one of our Showrooms, we would encourage you to visit and see the product for yourself!  We can then undertake this process in person if you so wish.

We are also holding ‘Virtual Design Meetings’ should you simply prefer to discuss your potential project ‘face to face’ but, without the hassle of travelling especially during these uncertain times

Step Three – Design Proposal(s) & Pricing:

Your design proposal(s) and pricing options will then be presented to you for your further review and feedback with no obligation or pushy sales tactics, including all technical advice (any Planning advice if necessary), all ensuring that your bespoke design not only delivers your brief in full, but provides one that is fit for purpose and offers the most cost effective and/or innovative solution(s) to suit you brief.

Order & Project Immobilization:

Once you are happy with your design and price, we then progress to the signed order and deposit phase, prior to proceeding to a full and comprehensive site visit by your Project Manager. This will include an accurate measured survey followed up with detailed designs including manufacture drawings for your approval. Timescales to site are then discussed at this stage and we agree your installation date and any items necessary prior to our arrival.

Installation & Completion:

Our highly skilled installation team will then arrive on site with your bespoke Bi-Folding Veranda, that has already been thoroughly quality checked, sensitively loaded and unloaded and checked against all contract information.
